Abstract
In the article the essence of restrictions of economy development is uncovered. Their system-defined factors and system characteristic are examined. Graphical interpretation of restrictions of national economy development structure is produced. The conception of influence on restrictor are offered. It is allow to solve a problem of optimal choice for gradual raising of the socioeconomic system potential under restrictions conditions.
